Meet the Team

Dr Robbie Hughes qualified from the University of Liverpool in 2008 with honours and an array of prestigious awards for distinction grades and exceptional clinical performance.

Craig has been with Dental Excellence since 2014 and has become an integral part of the team. He has undergone extensive postgraduate training including being awarded membership to the Faculty of Dental Surgeons at the Royal College Edinburgh in 2012.

Dentistry has been a big part of Alex’s life for a long time, having worked as a qualified dental nurse from leaving college and continuing her pathway to becoming a dentist.

Olivia graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2019 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery with Honours. Since graduating, she has completed numerous courses focusing on cosmetic dentistry, including a year long diploma in minimally invasive aesthetic dentistry. Olivia is passionate about all aspects of Cosmetic Dentistry, particularly Invisalign & cosmetic veneers.
Further to this, Olivia is a Harley Street trained Facial Aesthetics practitioner, and provides a wide variety of aesthetic treatments including being a medical grade skin care prescriber.

Harrison qualified from the University of Manchester in 2012, and has gained a lot of experience working in different parts of the UK as well as Australia. Harrison has invested a lot of time on numerous advanced cosmetic courses and is currently completing a postgraduate diploma in restorative and aesthetic dentistry.  The main focus of his dentistry is performing smile makeovers using a minimally invasive approach, which involves little or no damage to the teeth.  This consists of teeth straightening using clear aligners, composite bonding, composite veneers and teeth whitening

Jennifer Claus is a general dentist at Dental Excellence. She developed her love for dentistry from an early age. She graduated from The University of Liverpool in 2006 and enjoys all aspects of dentistry. Since graduating she has undertaken numerous post graduate courses over the past 18 years to develop and enhance her dental skills.
Jenny is passionate about patient care and maintaining dental health. Away from work she is kept busy with my husband and two children.

Andrew graduated from the University of Bristol in 2020 and began working in general practice in London before joining Dental Excellence in 2022. Andrew has a keen interest in digital dentistry utilising porcelain, composite and Invisalign workflows as part of his daily clinical routine. Since graduating Andrew has completed a 2 year advanced Post Grdaudate Certification in Restorstive and Aesthetic Dentistry and is currently working towards complete his Diploma.

Emily graduated from the University of Leeds in 2017 when she made her move into the private sector, specialising in minimally invasive smile makeovers, tooth whitening, composite restorations and complex gum disease treatment. She has a passion for promoting oral health to her patients, and takes pride in educating her patients to improve their oral health and gain more confidence in their smiles. Emily has also been a clinical trainer since 2021 and has demonstrated her knowledge at a variety of conferences across the country

Mr Pynadath George BDS, MFDS RCPS, MSc Rest Dent, MSc Imp Dent, is a GDP who has a practice limited to advanced Restorative Dentistry and Dental Implants.

Obyda qualified from Newcastle University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery and completed his general foundation training at the Northern Dental Deanery. Obyda then worked in a number of dental practices in the North East and was awarded Membership of the Joint Dental Faculty at the Royal College of Surgeons in London in 2012.

After qualifying from University of Liverpool, Sherlock embarked on a path of continued development in the fields of oral surgery and dental implantology.

Kate is a Specialist and Consultant Oral Surgeon. She trained in the Yorkshire and Humber Deanery and specialises in all aspects of Oral Surgery and in the management of anxious patients.

Khurrum completed his Specialist training in Periodontology at the World-renowned Eastman Dental Institute, University College London (UCL). He is registered on the GDC’s Specialist list for Periodontics and also with the European Federation of Periodontics (EFP).
